Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro approximately six years ago. After recently formatting my computer and reinstalling the software, I am unable to locate the original serial number required for activation.

I would appreciate your assistance in recovering the serial number or advising on how I may reactivate the software. The product was purchased using the following email address:

check the account were you registered (or will register) acrobat xi.

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

 

Unfortunately, Adobe Acrobat XI Pro is an older product that has reached its end of support, and serial numbers cannot be retrieved once lost. See this article for more information: End of support for Adobe Acrobat XI and Reader XI.

 

We also checked your Adobe ID (email), which you have used to log in to the community, and couldn't find any serial number registered. If you registered the serial number using an email address (Adobe ID), you can check your Adobe account here to verify the serial number. 

If you purchased from Adobe or an authorized reseller, check your email inbox or any saved invoices for the serial number. Please note that Acrobat XI Pro is no longer supported and may not activate successfully. We recommend upgrading to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat for continued security and compatibility.
