I have the latest version of Acrobat DC in creating cloud and OCR started failing just this week!!

    Can you please elaborage on what is failing? Quality? Word success rate? What exactly?

     

    Have you changed or updated anything on your system from last week to this week? Updated OS? Updated Acrobat? Updated your scanner or scanner software?

     

    And lastly, What OS are you using and what release? And what version of Acrobat are you using and what release?
