RE: PDF Signing for multiple parties
I'm filling out a form for a friend to come to the US to study. I have this Gov't form but I cannot get it signed.
First, I tried to get him to sign it the normal way but the software will not allow me to send it to him.
I guess when I sign first the document is then unsignable.
Then I tried the bulk sign and put his email on it and then mine and then created/marked area for the signature but tells me that he can't sign it. He's in China and I'm in the US. My signature is using my pre-created signature because I have an Adobe Paid account. He's signature is written because he doesn't have a paid account is just writing his signature.
1. How can I tell if this is the document or the software?
2. What are the conditions for this to work to work properly?
2. For multiple signatures, are the same fields signed or can I have them sign different parts of the same document?
I'll reproduce the document again and post screenshots later today but I need a solution.
I'm at a point now, where I will sign the document, scan it and send to him to print sign and scan back to me.

1. The original Government form 1-134
2. Steps for the first attempt (I sign first)
3. Steps for the 2nd attempt (I don't sign but I add his name first and then mine for signature)
