Hi, I have got this problem right now. See screenshot. So the update from 2023 is not relevant any more. What should I do? Thank you very much in advance, Fritz

    Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

     

    Please let us know if the issue occurs with this particular file. If yes, could you share the file with us? 

    Ensure that you are using the latest version of the application. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Check for updates. 

     

    Please share the current Acrobat and OS version on the machine. Also, could you check if you experience the same behavior with any other files? 

    Try creating the PDF using the Acrobat web and see if you get the same error.
