Re: Unable to use Adobe Acrobat anymore

I opted for a free trial for Adobe Acrobat DC, already having Adobe Reader on my laptop. The installer doesn't work and the app doesn't show up on my Mac laptop. I did manage to convert a Word document to a PDF, but I don't know why the app doesn't show up. The installer says double click, which I've done a million times. I don't have any security issues, it's open to new apps. I will soon cancel my free trial. this is very frustrating. I've taken ALL the advice on the website, nothing works

    I see that you have purchased Acrobat DC trial. Could you please try uninstalling both Reader and Acrobat DC and then try installing again?

    and after properly uninstalling both, only install acrobat pro.  then test.
