Re: Why is my signature suddenly gone?

This has happened randomly to me several times over the years.  It is so frustrating, signing in and out does nothing, changing the language does nothing.  This is frustrating and I can't believe I'm paying for this application.

    Not sure if this is your issue, but Adobe's "built-in" digitial signatures are saved by Acrobat version. You can move the signature to the current version folder. 

    Windows: AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\[version]\Security
    macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/[version]/Security.

    It seems that you added your signature using the Fill & Sign tool. However, the message that you receive is for the Digital Signature. Please refer to the information in the following help document:
