Reached limit of comments

Dear all,

we are working on a document in Adobe and reached the comments limit (apparently 1495 comments). Is there an Adobe plan that allows more comments?

Thanks,

Silviya

How are you sharing the file and making comments--in the Document Cloud?

The Cloud has a limit on comments but I don't think a server-based review does.

Is the number of comments so large due to keeping a history of old comments? What about making a new PDF after each review cycle (v1, v2, v3, etc.)?

Thank you for the reply!
Yes, we are using the Document Cloud - it is a book review and we reached the comments capacity before finalizing the first round of reviews. We use the free version and it will be best to stay in the cloud. Our team works from multiple locations and we don't share a common server. Any ideas for a solution or premium plan that will overcome this limitation are more than welcome.

I suspect you have seen this, but here are the recommended limits for the Doc. Cloud:

https://helpx.adobe.com/in/document-cloud/kb/review-service-limitations.html

You can try contacting Adobe to see if they offer an enterprise-level service.

OR, you can check out other companies offering similar PDF services.

Either way, you have some research to do...
