Read aloud feature not loading

Hopefully someone can help me get answers. I have a premium subscription and have been using the read aloud feature for a good 20 days now but for the past two days no matter what device I use the online voices do not load. If I log out of my account the function will work but for only 2 minutes as a free user. So it's not an app issue. Is there usage limit that I'm unaware of?

@johnzel_5827 No, there is no "daily usage limit." When you are logged out out of the paid Acrobat, the free version uses your local computer's voices (the standard Mr. Roboto ones built into Windows or macOS). When you log in as a Premium user, it tries to connect to Adobe’s online high-quality AI voices.

You can try switching back to the "Classic" view. View and select Disable New Acrobat. Sometimes, the latest new Acrobat interface update has a known bug where the "Read Aloud" tool fails to trigger the online voice engine.

OR
I know I shouldn't be saying this...but, if you need to get back to work immediately, open your PDF in Microsoft Edge (which has some of the best-sounding "Natural" voices available for free) and use its "Read Aloud" feature. It doesn't require a subscription that seems to be causing your current headache! Shhhhh!
