Read Aloud in "new Acrobat" skipping content

Hello. A coworker who relies on the Read Aloud feature in Acrobat to access PDFs is running into an issue with some PDFs. They have the "new Acrobat" enabled and it works fine for some documents. But for others it randomly skips headings and paragraphs. I've checked that the tags and order are correct. I've also checked the same documents using the "old Acrobat" and all of the content is read as expected. So there seems to be something wrong with the Read Aloud feature in the new Acrobat.
