Reader Distribution Agreement Clarification

I received approval to distribute Adobe Acrobat Reader DC software:



The link provided in the email - "http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/" only provides a 32 bit installer and only the "Planned" update version (most recent is 21.001.20135). However, I am interested in distributing version 21.001.20138 (Optional update) using a 64-bit installer. I am aware that this website exists:

However, I am unsure if I legally am able to download and distribute updates from this website as the website is not explicitly listed in the Adobe Software Distribution Request confirmation email.

Please provide clarification.
