Reading a pdf out loud

How do I turn on "read out loud" after I have scanned a document and selected "recognize text" within the Scan & OCR tool?  I'm using a W10 computer.  In the past, there was a heading, "View", that you'd select and then "read out loud" was an option in that drop down menu.  The headings have changed and "View" is no longer there.  I'm low vision, so would really appreciate your help to use the read out loud feature in my acrobat pro dc.  Thanks!
