Is it possible to make a pdf reading accessibility option other then the voice in English?
How can I make the reading option in hebrew?
I only have option to choose 2 voices in english.
I have a license to Acrobat pro.

To choose your preferred reader voice, go to the top-right menu and click Edit, then Preferences. Choose Reading. Remove the checkmark on Use Default Voice, and finally choose the narration voice you like from the dropdown list.
If you do not have the language you need, you might need to add/activate additional languages in windows and Acrobat
