Need help here. 

 

My Acrobat Standard bought in 2016, use 3x daily, suddenly client can't open my PDF

I forwarded your message to my customer, will send to you when I get it

I do know he is using Apple, told him to uninstall his PDF reader and re-install

Again, my thanks

Maybe you can answer another one: occasionally I get a message when converting Publisher doc to PDF that my Adobe needs to be re-purchased, will stop working. This shouldn't be true, because I bought it fully years ago (no subscription or monthly payments).
