Recipient role: Form filler not receive a copy of form

Hello,

We would like to create a web form were the student enters information as the Form Filler role and the form is sent to others for review and signature. However, we do not want the Form Filler (student) to receive a copy of the form or if possible only one page of the form as the other page contains what is supposed to be confidential from the signer. Is something like this possible with web forms?

    Thank you for replying, I reviewed that document prior to posting and it did not answer my question. It only stated that a signer receives a copy but did not indicate whether a form filler does or not. This is my question, does a form filler receive a copy or only individuals designated with a signer role?

    As described in the shared article, the signer will receive the copy of signed document. Are you saying that the signer and the form filler are two different people in your case?
