We have 5 Acrobat Professional 11 licenses, but we had them on computers that had to be formatted and others were damaged.
How can we recover the licenses?
Our licenses were TLP 5.0 Educational and perpetual.
If your licenses required activation it's possible you won't be able to reuse them at all, as Adobe discontinued the activation servers for older versions. If they were part of a Volume License, though, it might still be possible, but you will need to contact Adobe directly for help with this issue.
