Redaction and password protection stuck on loading screen

Hi,

 

While using redaction and password protection with acrobat it will be stuck in a loop with the cirle loading screen and doesnt go anywere. If I untick "Protected Mode at Startup" then it works fine.. 

 

Not ideal as we would prefer to have that extra layer of protection. Any idea what is causing this?

    Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting.

     

    As described the application is working fine when you turn off the "Protected Mode at Startup", please go through the help page https://adobe.ly/3V4xv7p and see if that works.
