Redaction is distorting other data

I have used the redaction feature for a while and now it's distorting data after saving the file that wasn't redacted.  As indicated below, the details noted below was not redacted but this is how it appears after using the redact option.  This is causing issues that I really need to find a resolution for as soon as possible.
