Redaction Patterns Missing

Hi All,

I've got a user who has received a new laptop and has reinstalled Acrobat DC Pro v2025.001.20577 but the patterns for redacting are missing.

Any ideas as to how to resolve this issue please?

Hi Tariq / Adobe team,

I’m having this issue as well - I can see the Patterns option, but when I go to “Select your pattern” there are no patterns appearing in the dropdown list. I've tried multiple different files and also tried running the OCR recognition on the file first. The file itself is searchable too, so patterns (like email and name) should be easy to find.

Do you have any idea why this is happening or a potential solution?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I tried to reproduce the issue at my end and there are patterns appearing in the dropdown list, screenshot attached for reference. Please make sure the application is updated to the latest version 26.001.21691 Planned update, Jun 25, 2026 and reboot the computer once.
