Redaction Patterns Missing

Question

Hi All,

I've got a user who has received a new laptop and has reinstalled Acrobat DC Pro v2025.001.20577 but the patterns for redacting are missing.

Any ideas as to how to resolve this issue please?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please elaborate on what you mean by patterns are missing?
