Redactions applied over multiple pages

When I apply the redactions in Adobe DC Pro, the image of redactions made on one page is posted to multiple pages so Adobe is now redacting a lot of informatoin that it should not.  How do I get Adobe to stop applying the redactions on the incorrect pages?

Extract the page, redact this page, and insert the modified page in the document.

Many of the documents that I work with are thousands of pages long.  Your solution would take an incredible amount of time.  Is there a way to make the software work correctly or are you saying that it cannot be fixed?

May be a issue with the document.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Acrobat forum so that proper help can be offered.

    Hello Peru Bob,

Is there anyway that you could transfer this issue somewhere else?  I was assigned a worker that does not speak sufficient English and I could only understand about 30% of what was said.  After an hour and a half of tyring to work with this person over the phone I explained several times that I could not understand what was being said and they did not want to ask another worker for assistance.  Since then I have emailed them twice and asked for someone that could speak better English but they keep telling me that their English is fine.  I am positive that the technician is very intelligent and quite capable in their language but I am unable to understand what they are tying to say so I still have not been able to resolve this issue.
