Redactions still causing white gaps/boxes appear over a watermark

Hi,

I was previously given some advice on how to prevent redactions from causing white gaps/boxes appear over a watermark like in the image attached. However, I am still encountering this issue so was wondering if more detail/options could be provided. For instance, I have tried making the fill colour transparent and applying the watermark after redaction, but the same issue occurs. Thanks.

A redaction will remove everything that is located in its area. There's no way around that.

Either use the Edit Text tool to remove this text (less secure than a redaction!), or remove the watermark entirely, redact the text, then add it again.

Hi jordan_4631,

Thank you for reaching out again.

Please confirm if you watermarked this PDF. Are you experiencing this with other PDFs as well? Would you be able to share a sample PDF with us so we can check?

We will check this behavior and get back to you with more information.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
