Redisplay error message

I am trying to Bates number a PDF file. It gave me an error message. I asked it not to give me that error message again. This was a mistake. I need to see the error message. Does anyone know of a way that I can get Adobe Acrobat to redisplay the message?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to apply bates number? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

 

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/3TXzqbI and see if that works.
