Redownloading Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher Application on New MacOS

I recently updated my macOS, and I lost my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher application. Originally, I created an account and ordered the product through my university's email, which I no longer have access to since I graduated a few years ago. I am trying to re-download my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher application and need the serial number from my order. Is there any way to retrieve the serial number or get the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher application reinstalled in a different way? Thanks,

    Hello @EdwinnB,

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble you had.

Please note that Acrobat 2020 is an older product that has reached its end of support. For more details, refer to this article: Adobe End of Support Information.

    Technical Specifications:
Acrobat 2020 supports the following macOS versions:

    • macOS v10.14, v10.15, v11‡, v12, v13, and v14 (Sonoma).
It may not be compatible with the latest macOS Sequoia (version 15). For more details, visit: Acrobat 2020 System Requirements.

Since you mentioned you no longer have access to your university email:

    • If your Adobe ID was created with that email and you cannot sign in, you may not be able to retrieve the serial from the account.

    • We recommend trying to access the original Adobe ID or any alternate email used during purchase/login.

If you have registered the serial number with a different Adobe ID, log in to https://adobe.ly/49d3GYF and check under the accounts for the registered serial number. Use the serial number for the activation.

Please note that these suggestions may or may not work for an EOL product.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
