Reduce Licences

Anyone else have issues reducing licences?!  We have 35 which we want to reduce to around 15 for various reasons.  You can easily add licences through the portal; try to remove them and it is a lot more difficult!  You have to engage in the chat with a support agent who will then arrange for a call with another department.  If you miss that call, as I did!  You have to start the whole process starts again!

    Yes, having real issues reducing unassigned licences prior to annual renewal date. My email to my account manager:

    Please find details on our Adobe renewal below. We will be reducing our licences across all applications were we have unused licences. Please carry out this request.

     

    Creative Cloud All Apps – Pro edition, from 12 down to 7

    Illustrator – Pro Edition, from 3 down to 2

    InDesign – Pro Edition, from 3 down to 1

     

    Acrobat Pro, from 51 down to 40


    Low and behold, completely ignored that and renewed till 2024. Awaiting their response along with their manger.
