I signed up thinking it was a free trial and it has charged me straight away when I reliaes I cancelled immediately I only needed to convert one pdf to JPEG for the picture display at my father's funeral I don't want a monthly subscription and I would not have signed on if it wasn't saying there was a 7 day free trial

It should only charge you after the 7-day trial period has ended. If that's not the case contact Adobe directly and ask for a refund. At any rate, you can cancel it now using this link:
