My kid accidently signed up to acrobat for a free trial and didn't cancel it and my card was charged this morning for an annual subscription is it possible to get it cancelled and refunded please?.

As per the cancellation policy, you are eligible for the cancellation and refund if you cancel within 14 days of your purchase.
