Hi,

I have noticed that I have been charged for a yearly membership fee which I am not willing to go ahead with.
I cancelled the subscription via Apple App Store a couple days ago (please see attached screenshot) but have not received any confirmation of this cancellation via email and can see that the transaction has not been refunded.
Your website mentions a full refund if confirmed within 14 days which I have not exceeded.
Please can you confirm cancellation of this subscription and full refund of the fee.

This is a community forum, and we do not have access to either Adobe's or Apple's internal billing systems. You need to get in touch with Adobe's customer support.
