Refund after Free trial

Question

Hey, So today was the last day of my free trial in which I was going to cancel and Adobe charged me 26 dollars total and only said they would refund 19.99 of that would I get the full refund now that I canceled my subscription or would it be canceled and I just paid for the whole month. I have no intentions to use Adobe

I checked your account info and found that you purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat.You have canceled Adobe Acrobat Pro, however AI Assistant for Acrobat is still active.This is the reason you were told that you will get a part of your payment as refund.However, you can still cancel your subscription and request for full refund since the subscription is 12 days old. It should be canceled within 14 days for full refund to be initiated. You may need to contact our support team for requesting the refund.
