Refund after free trial

It been 2 week since i applied for the free trial and i canceled the trial on the same day since the product isnt fit my need. The problem is that i havent received any refund on my end even though the website said that it only takes 7 days for the refund. What should i do now? Is there anyway to get the refund back? Its 25$ but i am a college student so i really need it. Thank you.

The first screen capture clearly states you will be charged _after_ the free trial ends. Are you sure you were even charged? Look are your credit card statement.

Can you please be so kind to tell me how exactly do i connect with the support from your team? I pressed on the link but the best i can find is to talk with the virtual assistant and to be honest, it isnt that helpful. Thanks
