Refund because the upgrade never happened

The upgrade has not been completed and the problem still persists. I have canceled the monthly subscription in the app through the Galaxy Store. Please proceed with canceling the subscription and refunding the amount, as I canceled within 48 hours. Thank you

We have checked that no subscription is activated under your account. You are eligible for a full refund as it was cancelled within 48 hours. It will take 4-5 business days to process the refund. Please check the account from which the amount was deducted.
