Registration Issue - Error 213:11

I'm having a problem getting a valid copy of Acrobat X Standard to boot up. It was working fine under a different user account. The user account was deleted and a new user account created. After that, Acrobat X Standard gives me an error code 213:11 when I try to open it up.
