Registration to AATL

Question

Dear Community Members,

I represent a government entity operating a National Root Certification Authority. Our CA has successfully completed WebTrust audits for the past three consecutive years, and we intend to enroll in Adobe’s Approved Trust List (AATL) program.

Despite multiple inquiries sent to aatl-info@adobe.com over the past six months, we have not received a response. I would appreciate guidance on the AATL enrollment process and confirmation of the appropriate contact point for this matter.

If an alternative communication channel is available, kindly advise. Thank you for your assistance.
