Regretting my Acrobat Studio Upgrade

I am using Acrobat on an M4 MacBookPro runing macOS 15.7.3.

After upgrading to Acrobat Studio, AI Summary quit working! To make sure the problem is with Acrobat and not something else. I tried AI summary on PDF Expert (which I also own) and Google Gemini (free, but must use Chrome). Both of them work responsively, while Acrobat gives me the error message "Something went wrong. Please try again." However, retry doesn't change the outcome!

Moreover, after the "upgrade," Acrobat hangs when I start it from the "Creative Cloud" app!

I wonder why Adobe would push out such an unreliable "upgrade" that actually breaks a working product!

@kuoks The Studio version is relatively new, merges Acrobat with Adobe Express and a more advanced AI engine. Personally, I would sign out as and quit from Acrobat, and any other Adobe application online and desktop. Chances are there are some syncing issues. Since you mentioned that Acrobat hangs when launched from CC, I would update and Repair CC desktop app as well. Instead opening from CC, try just opening from the app itself. I would also clear Acrobat Preferences, Hold Command Shift Option while restarting Acrobat at the same time. prompt will ask if you want to delete the settings file; select Yes.

Hopefully, that should clear things up. If not, then you could go crazy and use Adobe Cleaner Tool to wipe out Acrobat Pro files that may be interfering with Acrobat Studio files?!
