Hello Erick!

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

Are you using a Windows or a Mac computer? If so, please let me know which version is installed. To resolve the issue, go to the Menu and select "Help," then click "Sign Out." After that, go back to "Help" and select "Sign In" to log in again with your Adobe ID. Once you've signed out, please restart your machine. After rebooting, launch Acrobat and check if you still receive the same error message. Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.2047x. Optional update, Apr 28, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/4jMkvwg

You may also try the suggestions from this Adobe article: https://adobe.ly/4jMkvMM

Also, ensure that you have all the operating system's mandatory and optional updates installed. If the issue persists, please use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the installed app, restart the machine, and download Acrobat.

We have verified your Adobe ID and found that you have an Acrobat subscription and a registered Acrobat Perpetual/Serial number product.

If you would like to use the Acrobat Pro DC subscription on your machine, please ensure you download the correct installer and activate it using your Adobe ID (email). If you prefer to download and install the Acrobat Serial number product, please let us know which version you would like to install, and we will be happy to assist you.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
