Reinstallation of Acrobat 9 Pro-English

Hi there,

I purchased Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro (Windows, English) for my work computer on 7/2/2009.  My work just gave me a new upgraded computer, but I need to reinstall the Acrobat 9 Pro.  I have a purchase number, serial number and what other information you may need.  Please help!

I have moved your question to the right community, experts here will be able to assist you better. Meanwhile, you may try downloading and installing Acrobat 9 from here: Download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat 9.

For anyone else reading this

Never post private information on a public forum... including your actual email address or phone number

When an employee asks for information (identified by a STAFF badge where my ACP badge shows) hover your mouse over their name and then click the Message option in the popup window to send a private email

Adobe does not use Skype... if someone asks you to talk to them via Skype to "help" you, immediately report their Adobe ID in https://forums.adobe.com/community/forumhelp/forum_comments/content so the person may be banned from the forums
