reinstalling Acrobat (classic 2015)

I want to download and reinstall Acrobat standard that I purchased in 2015.  I have my account, serial number, and think I'm downloading the right version (Acrobat XI standard), but I get an "invalid serial number" error.

hi,

acrobat xi is incorrect and that error message is therefore expected.  you need acrobat cc 2015:

  • Download and installation help for Adobe links

  • Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
