Reinstalling Acrobat Pro 2020 for Mac

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat Professional for my Mac several times (per Adobe support advice). My license has only ever been used on this same Mac. It assumed my license was invalid, gave me a free trial for a bit, and now I can not do anything with the software.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

 

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have the Acrobat Pro 2020 perpetual license registered. 

 

What happens when you try to use the application? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity? Also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.
