Reinstalling Adobe Acrobat XI Standard (Windows, English).

Can someone please help with this.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Standard (Windows, English) in 2014 for £227 which is now not working on my iMac which is running OS X version 10.9.5

I have managed to download Acrobate 2015 installer package however it is not accepting my previous serial number. I assuming as it is a 2015 package?

Can someone please advise how to solve this problem so I can get Acrobat back up and running?

1. You can't install a license that was specifically for Windows on a Mac computer.

2. Acrobat Standard is not available for Macs, at all.

You need to get a new license. You might be able to upgrade, but I recommend you get a subscription instead of a perpetual license.

It will allow you to move between platforms without having to pay extra in the future.
