reminders working but not automatically coming off upon signing

Hi! I've been using adobe sign since last Spring and added the reminders, and loved the fact that it automatically stopped reminding people once the document was signed.  Recently when I add them in manage agreements, signors report they keep getting reminders after they have already signed.  Annoying! Help!  Thanks.

Hi Jacqueline,

 

Hope you are doing well.

Looking at the situation above, I wonder if you might have set the reminder to send on a specific date. In that case, it will send automatically even if the document is signed before that particular date.

 

However, if you set the reminder until the form completed, it will automatically stop sending the reminders once the document get signed.
