removal tool

is there a removal tool that will allow me to remove acrobat 7 and 8 pro, i have tried the conventional methods but when i go to reinstall the software it states i already have a more functional product installed and wheni i try and reinstall my upgrade version of 8 it tells me that the installation source for this proct is not available??? please help

    You can use the Microsoft Installer Cleanup tool. It will remove registry entries, so that you can safely remove the Acrobat directories in the Program Files Area or you can leave the files there and just re-install.
