Remove PDF/A with Action Wizard

Hi,

I can't find "Remove PDF/A information" when I select "Run Preflight".

Could you please help me?

My version of Acrobat is "Acrobat DC Pro 2017.009.20044"

I have the same version. Did you display all profiles in the Action Wizard?

In the Preflight Tool you must display all profiles then this is also available in the Action Wizard.
