Is there any way to remove the below prompt to try new acrobat?

    Hi there

     

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

     

    Please go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > General > Under, Messages from Adobe Uncheck 'Show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat' > Click OK and reboot the application and check.

     

    Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks for this. Is there a way to set this globally for all users using the customisation wizard?

    Please go through the help article: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/PrefRef/Windows/IPM.html and try the settings on the test machine first and see if that works.
