Repeating question about getting my copy of Acrobat reactivating - adding some extra words so not a duplicate title.

Question

I posted this question but tried to edit the title which meant I had write the question all over again.

I changed to a new computer.

Installed Acrobat but and deactivated my old copy

I received message that the serial number was already in use and I must deactivate it (which I had already done)

So trying again, can someone reactivate my copy of Acrobat please.

I wish I had better news for you, but that probably isn’t going to happen.

Adobe dropped support for Acrobat XI nine years ago, and the activation servers for that software were closed long ago. As far as I know, there’s no way to re-activate Acrobat XI products.

Sorry, but that long-obsolete software is, well, obsolete. Your current options are either to use the free Adobe Reader, or either get a new subscription/three-year license for Acrobat Pro.
