Question

Replace selected text tool not showing in pop up menu in latest Acrobat Reader - is this being fixed? Is there a way I can get it back now?

I’ve just updated to Macintosh installers (26.001.21691) based on another post but this hasn’t fixed this issue.

Apologies - I didn’t see your message till now. Above are screen shots of both tool bars. It is in the Quick Actions Toolbar, not the pop-up. This is an issue for a number of people I’ve spoken to now.

Try using Command-F to open the Find and then use the ellipsis button to select Replace.

Note: this is Acrobat Pro on Mac.
