Replacing pages causes form fields to shrink and move

I have a form and I've been replacing the pages to create separate forms for individuals, keeping the form fields consistent while updating some of the background text. This worked flawlessly the other day. However, when I ried to do it again, the fields on the pages after the replacement appear to have shrunk, as if the new pages are somehow 50% larger than the original. I'm following the same process as before: select all pages, select replacement source, and confirm replacement. The fields are visible in blue in the attached pictures showing the same file after replacing the pages.
