Repositioning the Bookmarks and Page Navigation Panels/Toolbars

Does anyone know how to resposition the Bookmarks panel/toolbar (not sure what it's called) from the right side of Acrobat to the left, and reposition the Page Navigation stuff from the right side to the top?  I downloaded the latest version of Acrobat and it's incredibly frustrating.  This seems like it should be easy to do, but I'm finding absolutely NOTHING on it.
