Request e-signature and Outlook.com

Question

So I sent a e-signature document to an outlook.com account of mine (not my registered license email) but it won't be received. I can sent to other mails like yahoo or gmail. Why won't it work in Outlook.com. The document states it was sent (no errors).

As mentioned that you are not able to get an email of the signature requested. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

Kindly check if you have checked on the outlook web too, do you see the mail there?
OS name and version?
Outlook and Acrobat Application version?

Make sure both the apps are up to date.
