Request e-signature function not working on desktop app or web version

My request e-signature tool doesn’t work on either the desktop or web app. I have an Adobe Pro subscription through my workplace and I am logging in using the business profile. 

 

On the desktop app, I get an error message saying ‘Authentication Failed’ when I try and use the tool:

When I logged in to the web app, I received a message saying that the Request E-Signature tool isn’t available on my profile (same message appears on both business and personal profiles):

When I try and click on the tool in the web app, it says it is temporarily unavailable and to try again later:

 

None of my colleagues have this issue and can use the request signature function as normal. I have checked the admin console and I definitely have a Pro license. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat, I have tried signing in and out multiple times, and I have tried restarting my laptop. No luck.

 

Hoping someone here might have a solution?

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Sign Services in Acrobat.


    We were experiencing server issues with Acrobat Sign at the time you posted the query.

    Would you mind trying it again and letting us know if it works for you now?


    If not, please let us know if you are using your business or the individual profile, and also if you have a designated Acrobat Sign entitlement (if on business profile).


    We would get this investigated if things go south for you from here.

    Unfortunately this function still isn’t working.

     

    I am using my business profile, and I am an Acrobat Sign Account and Privacy Admin.

    Thanks for the response.

    I checked your account details, and you have an Acrobat Teams subscription. Please check with your admin to see if your Acrobat Sign subscription is included.  

     

    Ask your admin to contact support if they have further questions.
