Request e-signature function not working on desktop app or web version

My request e-signature tool doesn’t work on either the desktop or web app. I have an Adobe Pro subscription through my workplace and I am logging in using the business profile. 

 

On the desktop app, I get an error message saying ‘Authentication Failed’ when I try and use the tool:

When I logged in to the web app, I received a message saying that the Request E-Signature tool isn’t available on my profile (same message appears on both business and personal profiles):

When I try and click on the tool in the web app, it says it is temporarily unavailable and to try again later:

 

None of my colleagues have this issue and can use the request signature function as normal. I have checked the admin console and I definitely have a Pro license. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat, I have tried signing in and out multiple times, and I have tried restarting my laptop. No luck.

 

Hoping someone here might have a solution?
