Request e signatures

When requesting esignatures, I get a message that "Adobe has encountered a problem. Some features may not work as expected."  And it doesn't work at all.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my computer, clearing cache and cookies, logging out and logging back in - and nothing works.  This is the only "paid" feature I use, why am I paying for something that doesn't work anymore?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
