Request e-signatures buffering indefinitely

Hello,

I'm trying to request signatures through Adobe Acrobat Pro: Online. After I upload the document for which I'm requesting signatures, the e-signature portal buffers indefinitely, as shown in the picture below. Wondering if there's another way to request signatures, or if there's something else I can do to get the file to appear within the e-signature portal.
