Request e-signatures e-mail suggestions

How do I get rid of all the wrong entries when typing an e-mail in to request an e-signature? We don't want to see any wrong suggestions anymore.

Thanks for reaching out.

If we understand your requirement correctly, then you are looking for a way to not get the suggestion/option of emails in the send for signature dialog, other than correct emails (probably your contact list). Is that right?

 

When you enter an email address while initiating Adobe Sign "Request Signature" process, then you can simply click on the "Cross" icon right next to the incorrect email address you are getting as a suggestion or in the drop-down. From next time, you would not be seeing that email anymore.

That works for me if I use the Adobe Web version; however, on the Adobe desktop client there is no "Cross" for me to select next to the incorrect email suggestion.
